Il s'agit d'une histoire magnifiquement écrite et illustrée qui raconte comment la relation entre un garçon et son grand-père change avec la maladie d'Alzheimer, et comment l'amour entre eux demeure. Mon fils de 7 ans a vraiment lutté contre le chagrin et l'anxiété liés à l'état de santé de sa grand-mère. Le fait de lire une histoire aussi réaliste sur un autre enfant qui vit des choses similaires lui a donné le sentiment d'être compris et a validé tous les sentiments qu'il ressentait. C'était aussi un merveilleux tremplin pour les étapes à venir.
